My Role
Joined this platform on a 3-month contract to fix data inconsistencies and UX performance issues. Introduced code splitting, lazy-loaded images, and state optimizations, pushing Lighthouse scores from 30% to 62% (performance), 45% to 77% (accessibility), 72% to 96% (best practices), and 90% to 100% (SEO) — while the platform gained 10+ new paying users.
